Everything is comfortable, but if you're staying on a Saturday or Sunday, please ask the staff not to get a room next to Helen Night Club, because on weekends the club stays open until 4 AM. You literally can't sleep until dawn, because it's so disturbing... The glass even vibrates because the sound can be heard all the way to the hotel room. Sigh, avoid room 508.

Good experience. The staff was friendly and responsive, the Wi-Fi was quite stable, and the building is still new, so hopefully, it will be maintained clean. Unfortunately, we were in a rush, so we didn't get to fully explore the breakfast menu. The price was also okay, still quite affordable.

I've stayed at Kampi Hotel twice. The rooms are very clean, as is the bathroom. However, the bathroom has a few shortcomings. In my opinion, the water drain is a bit slow, so the water almost spills out of the shower area. Please improve this. So far, the service, cleanliness, and food are all good, all very satisfying, and I will definitely stay at Kampi Hotel Sunter again.

Don't expect a smile from the receptionist. After planning to stay for a week, we ended up moving hotels. All the hotel receptionists were curt when greeting guests. The only friendly one was the bespectacled girl in the restaurant. Other than that, that was it.

The receptionist was completely unfriendly. Everyone greeted me with sour faces. It was clear I had been staying here for two nights. I wanted to renew my room key card, but I happened to have left the key in the room. The receptionist asked, "Are you sure you're staying here? Room 217 is empty," she said. What? I don't understand how hotel HR is trained. Strange. Another thing that made me uncomfortable was the hotel restaurant. I understand you guys sell food. I stayed for three days and was bored with the hotel food. The restaurant prices were unreasonable. I couldn't even sit down and order pecel lele (a type of catfish salad). I paid for the hotel, so why not have a table? Should I always eat in the room?
