I came in high season, the price was already double the price, I wanted to come here because of the games but many of them were rusty, and there was a strange sound in the room, every time I wanted to ask for something I had to pay.. Not comfortable so far

A perfect hotel for a staycation. The place is very spacious and directly connected to Jatim Park 1 (there is a special discount for hotel guests). There are many activities suitable for children (two free tickets/vouchers per night for each amusement park ride). There is also a warm water swimming pool. The hotel's ambiance feels traditional, but the rooms are modern and minimalist. However, I think the lighting is lacking, making it look dim. The food is lacking in variety and tends to be salty. Overall, this is a good hotel with abundant facilities.

The room is clean, nice, the bathroom is also clean, child-friendly, lots of play facilities for children, the food is delicious and varied, the staff are also friendly, coincidentally on Saturday night there was live music in the lobby, I really enjoyed staying here, next time I want to bring the children to stay here.

The cup was dusty, the bed was also dusty.... I had to take out the pillow and bed cover to get rid of the fine dust. Then in the refrigerator there was still leftover food from the previous occupant. It seemed like the room had never been cleaned and rechecked. It's an old building but the cleanliness shouldn't be this bad for a fairly expensive room.

Friendly staff, good facilities, lots of games inside the hotel. It's just that it's starting to get neglected....and some of the items in the room are dirty, like the water heater and glasses haven't been cleaned. Other than that, everything else is okay.
