I was initially interested in staying because the reviews and photos on the app looked promising. But honestly, from arrival to check-out, I had mixed feelings 😅 First Impression – Arrival The security service was unfriendly, especially to guests arriving by motorcycle. They felt discriminated against compared to guests arriving by car. Please be more professional and respectful of all guests, because we paid in full, not just parking 🙏 First impressions are very important. Receptionist The reception staff were great, friendly, and informative. Thank you for helping me and improving my mood 👍 Room For that price, I don't think it's worth it, because: 1. The bathroom is very small. 2. The walls and ornaments all feel plastic, which doesn't give a premium feel. 3. The towels are thin and smell a bit off; it's time for a facelift. 4. The room is small, the windows don't open, and there's no ventilation—it feels stuffy. 5. It's not soundproof, so noise from the hallway and surrounding rooms is very audible. Breakfast Sorry, it's really lacking: • Upon arriving at the 8th floor, there was no staff to greet or direct us. • Some staff seemed unfriendly and indifferent. • One of the female staff members had a very unfriendly expression, even though she was assigned to the service area. • The food tasted a bit salty 😅 Conclusion The location is strategic and the reception is good, but the security service, restaurant staff, and room quality need to be seriously evaluated to match the price and expectations. Hopefully, service will be given more attention in the future, as this hotel has great potential.

All the hotel staff are friendly and kind.. the service is really great.. there is an onsen too, really cool for a new experience..

The bedroom was perfect with white bedsheets and nice bed. Quite and beautiful decoration but for breakfast need more kinds of foods.

It's really great, after not being here for so long, when I came here it got even better, it's great.

Cleanliness is unquestionable; Japan is synonymous with neatness and cleanliness. No cigarette odor. Japanese-themed design. Spacious rooms. Comfortable. Breakfast isn't very varied. Children over 5 years old are charged 50%. There's a manga corner. Nostalgic old comics. Free mineral water 😊, no charge for additional use, but there might be a maximum.

Staff members were very friendly and polite. Quick responded and quick fixed when it was bit AC leaking. Over all it was good experience... Thank you

It's a really nice place for a staycation and a place to experience authentic Onsen without traveling far to Japan.

In the modern Japanese suite room from 10 pm until 3 am, there was a lot of noise from the rats on the ceiling, constantly moving around, who knows what they were fighting about, disturbing the comfort of my wife. Maybe the relevant team can check because the rats were upstairs, I don't know about other types of rooms. Apart from that, it's safe, especially the restaurant service is very friendly.

This is the first time a hotel has been unable to request an additional 30-minute late checkout, even though it is not high season and is also a weekday.
