We stayed one night in a suite. The room and bathroom were very clean, and we received VIP treatment, including fish balls, sliced fruit, and various cakes. We had a room with a city view. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast menu was quite varied, and the restaurant had children's facilities, including a playground and swimming pool, nearby. The area around the pool and restaurant was clean.

I've often stayed here, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the AC is quite cold, the place is close to the terminal. If you want to look for something to eat, just go to the front, there are angkringan, or go out a little, then hang out on the edge of the bank while enjoying the local culinary delights. If you want to shop, just cross the street, because there is Alfamart. What makes it great is that the water heater has never had problems, it has always functioned well during my several stays here. Very recommended

The management/staff contacted me and kept it until our son picked it up a few days later. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the management/staff. The hotel staff was friendly, from the front desk at check-in to the dessert staff (next to the lobby). Kudos to the staff for their honesty, even giving me the change I needed until it was delivered to my room (I didn't check the change myself, but they came to deliver the missing change). This is my second stay at Harris and I will definitely be back.

A great choice if you're visiting Solo for sightseeing, as several destinations are within walking distance, such as Mangkunegaran Palace, Triwindu Market, and there's also a night market on Fridays. There are plenty of restaurants and interesting places around the hotel, including cafes. The front desk staff had amazing service at check-in and check-out. We had a problem with one of the rooms, but the staff were responsive and easy to contact, even offering a room change. With such a cheap price, I would say this hotel is great. I'd be happy to come back here again if I visit Solo next time! Thank you, Amarelo.
