I had a wonderful stay overall. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The facilities were also well maintained, making my stay very enjoyable. One small suggestion for improvement would be to pay a bit more attention to the bed linens, as there were a few visible stains on the bedsheets. Other than that, everything was great. The staff were excellent, from security to the restaurant chef, who readily assisted us with pushing our mother's wheelchair. When the lobby was busy, the hotel staff brought out extra chairs for our family to sit in. The reception team was very responsive to WhatsApp chats, from check-in to extra bed requests, room extensions, and late checkouts. It's a shame that not all rooms have smart TVs, and active air conditioning must be requested. Overall, it's good.
