The staff were excellent, from security to the restaurant chef, who readily assisted us with pushing our mother's wheelchair. When the lobby was busy, the hotel staff brought out extra chairs for our family to sit in. The reception team was very responsive to WhatsApp chats, from check-in to extra bed requests, room extensions, and late checkouts. It's a shame that not all rooms have smart TVs, and active air conditioning must be requested. Overall, it's good.

I'm a regular at this hotel every time I visit Solo ✨✨ Yesterday, my husband and I stayed here again to celebrate our late wedding anniversary. The service was super awesome, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was spacious. The moment we entered, the room smelled truly unique. We were also happy to have an aesthetic chair for photos! But unfortunately, this visit was a bit hampered by a few things. First, I've always had problems with the room refrigerator not being cold (I put a drink in the afternoon, and waited until check out, but it still wasn't cold). So I always had to leave things that needed to be cold with the receptionist. Second, our special request when booking for a room with a view of Jalan Slamet Riyadi and not to cover the AC fan seemed to have been overlooked. And most disturbingly, around 12:00 AM, I heard several knocks on the window, like a key. When I woke up, the knocking stopped. Just as I was about to go back to sleep, the noise started again, and it continued until I finally fell asleep at 3:00 AM. I don't know the cause, but honestly, it made my sleep less comfortable. Overall, it's still a favorite hotel for Solo, but hopefully, the refrigerator facilities and attention to special guest requests can be improved! 🙌

It's a bit noisy at night. You can hear tables and chairs being moved and water running. The hot water also turns off between 10 and 12 noon.
