I've stayed at Aston Solo twice. The service is exceptional. Even on my first visit to Solo, I received a free pick-up from the station and free early check-in. They also helped me explore the delicious culinary delights of Solo. Thank you, Aston Solo. I never get bored staying at Aston Solo.

I'm a regular at this hotel every time I visit Solo ✨✨ ​Yesterday, my husband and I stayed here again to celebrate our late wedding anniversary. The service was super awesome, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was spacious. The moment we entered, the room smelled truly unique. We were also happy to have an aesthetic chair for photos! ​But unfortunately, this visit was a bit hampered by a few things. First, I've always had problems with the room refrigerator not being cold (I put a drink in the afternoon, and waited until check out, but it still wasn't cold). So I always had to leave things that needed to be cold with the receptionist. Second, our special request when booking for a room with a view of Jalan Slamet Riyadi and not to cover the AC fan seemed to have been overlooked. ​And most disturbingly, around 12:00 AM, I heard several knocks on the window, like a key. When I woke up, the knocking stopped. Just as I was about to go back to sleep, the noise started again, and it continued until I finally fell asleep at 3:00 AM. I don't know the cause, but honestly, it made my sleep less comfortable. Overall, it's still a favorite hotel for Solo, but hopefully, the refrigerator facilities and attention to special guest requests can be improved! 🙌

It's a bit noisy at night. You can hear tables and chairs being moved and water running. The hot water also turns off between 10 and 12 noon.

Our family stayed at the Aston Solo in a Triple Room, which accommodated two adults and two children. The room was spacious enough to accommodate a family, and the room was clean. Breakfast was quite varied, although the taste was average. The location is strategically located on the main road. There are many coffee shops and wedangan (traditional Indonesian food stalls) nearby for evening dining. Across the street from the hotel is the Keris Batik Gallery and Keris Cafe.

Right in front of the hotel is what used to be called Omah Lowo, now a really nice place. It's a must-visit.

The room is really great, it's the best! The breakfast has a lot of choices and is delicious, so it's worth it! I'll definitely repeat my order.

The hotel is strategically located; the staff are all friendly and polite; the food is varied and delicious; and when we checked in 2.5 hours early, our room was ready, so we could move in straight away. Awesome. I'll be back for my next trip :)
