10/10 apartment-type hotel with top-notch service. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The price is also affordable. Every time you enter or exit the lobby, no matter what time, you are always greeted and the door is opened with a smile. The room is also quite spacious, with complete toiletries, and the elevator is small but still functions well. If I come to Pwt again, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

I am very happy during my stay there, when we need something, the hotel will come immediately. The staff is very friendly and very helpful for our needs. The room is also clean, coincidentally we live in the president suite which is quite spacious and comfortable. The food menu is also diverse and not too expensive. The hotel is new, the staff are all friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean and cleaned daily, the sheets are changed, the towels are changed every day, the drinking water is refilled every day, the bathroom is cleaned even if not requested. Breakfast is two portions per room, because I was alone, one portion can be taken away, very cool, so it saves money on food on the way home. Good job, Hotel Vienna. Next time I will stay here again..
