We arrived early after finishing Tanjung Puting boat trip and the hotel allowed us to do early check-in. The staff were very friendly and provided great service. Hotel located in the center of the town, close to the point of interest (Istana Kuning, Sungai Arut, etc.) and popular restaurants.

The check-in process took a very long time because a company group was checking in at the same time. If they had known there would be a group check-in, they should have provided assistance to other guests so they wouldn't be affected. But overall, everything was fine.
