It was our first time staying in this hotel and it was a really good choice. Upon arrival, we were greeted by warm smiles by the friendly staff. The check-in process was swift and we were given welcome drinks and cakes. The room was spacious and clean and has all the essentials you would need. The bed was soft and we slept really well during our stay. The breakfast was good as well. The best part is the free laundry room. Really value for money. Recommended!

My husband and family's favorite hotel. We like to book loft rooms because they have a reception area, a dining area, and a small pantry. Breakfast is varied and representative, especially if you have appointments at the restaurant. The staff knows their guests well. There's always a welcome fruit in the room upon check-in. The laundry service is also good for the price.

Overall, everything was okay, but I requested a non-smoking room and ended up on a smoking floor. The staff were very friendly and informative, though. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance. The kids loved the playground and loft room.
