It was our first time staying in this hotel and it was a really good choice. Upon arrival, we were greeted by warm smiles by the friendly staff. The check-in process was swift and we were given welcome drinks and cakes. The room was spacious and clean and has all the essentials you would need. The bed was soft and we slept really well during our stay. The breakfast was good as well. The best part is the free laundry room. Really value for money. Recommended!

My husband and family's favorite hotel. We like to book loft rooms because they have a reception area, a dining area, and a small pantry. Breakfast is varied and representative, especially if you have appointments at the restaurant. The staff knows their guests well. There's always a welcome fruit in the room upon check-in. The laundry service is also good for the price.

Stayed for the second time. The second time was still the same, I love Morrissey! All the staff are friendly and the room is super clean so there are no unpleasant smells. The bedding set and bathroom are clean, the fully equipped kitchen is wow, the wifi is fast, you can stream without buffering!

A pleasant hotel, both inside and outside. The room had a microwave, electric stove, and toaster, allowing for heating food. Even for two people, we received four bottles of mineral water. The room was unique and spacious, but the toilet was a bit cramped, and the bed would have been better if it were a king size. Good service, complete amenities, and a satisfying stay.

A very strategic hotel in Jakarta. The friendliness of all the staff is very good. Even I was amazed by all the staff at this hotel is very friendly. The food in the restaurant is also very delicious and the portions are large. Thank you to Mr. Jalu and Ms. Shafira who have provided so many surprises so that my children did not get bored during their stay. I made this hotel my favorite hotel for my children. Will come back to stay at this hotel. Always maintain the SOP which is now the best.

It was a great stay here with my family. I stayed at Villa Elton, the service was exceptionally good. From the welcome and check-in everything was easy and greeted with a friendly welcome. Until we checked out. The less pleasant thing is the unclear breakfast time. On weekends and holidays, breakfast closes at 11:00. At that time, December 25, 2025, before going to the restaurant I had called (around 09:00) and confirmed that I would come at 10:45. But when I arrived at the restaurant, breakfast was no longer available because it had been cleaned up since 10:30. I am very disappointed with this. Hopefully there will be improvements to all the shortcomings.

Cons: The bed is only 160 cm, so it would be too cramped for a family of four. The swimming pool is nice and clean, well-maintained. The staff is top-notch, all friendly and very responsive. There's a great playground, and the staff are also happy to let the kids play with them. There are lots of activities for kids: feeding animals, decorating cakes, and face painting. All activities are free.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The service was great, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. The pool made the stay even more fun. My room was clean with a nice city view, though the carpet had a small burnt stain. The bathroom was clean, the room felt cozy, and the bed was really soft and comfortable. The cooking utilities were pretty complete and the fridge was spacious enough for all my stuff. The only downside was that there were no complimentary snacks, just tea and coffee. Overall, I was happy staying here and had a really great experience. Keep it up!
