This hotel is awesome. I love it. It beats other 5 star hotels in terms of service and breakfast quality. The lobby is also really cool. The breakfast is very varied and everything is delicious, seriously. All the food is delicious, flavorful. And kids are free until age 12. It is really worth staying here. The rooms are also cool. Best choice to stay here. This hotel is awesome

Beautiful hotel - amazingly helpful staff. It is in Central Jakarta but not an area you would be able to walk to a shopping mall or coffee bar. You will need to get a Grab to see anywhere in the City.

I got the room that I ordered. Thank you guys. The room is clean and nice. The lobby’s interior is interesting not only for adults but for kids too (welcome big big teddy’s family). The breakfast is delicious.

The receptionists are friendly and pleasant and make hotel guests comfortable, starting from the welcoming arrival of security in the drop off area and lobby who are smiling, communicative, friendly in directing hotel guests, to the receptionists and room boys who are very helpful. The hotel is extraordinarily clean, neat and aesthetic design, ambient universe. My bedroom space is relatively medium in size but is well arranged, very clean and I feel comfortable in it. The swimming pool and gym area have a relaxing atmosphere, very fun. Staycation at the Movenpick Jakarta Kota hotel... wow.. enjoy n happy deh... the breakfast area is calm and relaxing, the food choices are sufficient and we enjoyed it. Just a suggestion, the variety/variety of food choices can be increased according to the class of a 5-star hotel (alternative culinary options for western, oriental, middle eastern, archipelago). My wife and I were very impressed staying here, wishing to return to the Movenpick Jakarta Kota hotel on another occasion. Tq. DLY

I stayed 3 nights and was very impressed with the restaurant staff who was on duty at the front, a woman who was very unfriendly and very unresponsive to guests, was it because I was a local guest? Different treatment when the person who came was a foreigner.
