So sad... I'm sorry, but I felt the hotel staff were unfriendly. Everyone from the receptionist made me reconsider staying here. Even the bathroom bidet was broken and couldn't be used. We complained and got no response.
The shower leaked. I'm sorry, but this is bad hospitality from a hotel I usually stay at 🙏

Some staff need to be trained when taking plates from the guest table during breakfast, besides that, there needs to be improvement in the labels for dietary options on food, labeling on each jar/food (eg yoghurt, honey, caesar dressing etc.)

especially the staff on the second floor are still not very friendly. and for the spa, I think it is still lacking because the massage and body scrub are done simultaneously, not one at a time, and what should be 90 minutes becomes around 60 minutes. the receptionist service is very good :)
