We arrived around 14.00 but the room wasn't ready, we didn't have a problem because the info was still being cleaned. We stayed for lunch and returned around 16.00 and the info was that two connecting rooms were ready, uh when we got to the room we looked it seemed the sheets and pillowcases had not been replaced because we saw they were still dirty, yellow, warped and we found some stains that looked like lipstick (on photo) not only our room but also our children's room so the floor still had a lot of food spices left. Thank you because our protests were met and all the bed sheets and pillowcases/bolsters were replaced with new ones. I'm disappointed that the Novotel class in Makassar is like this, I hope that even on days full of visitors, cleaning services must be maintained, thank you

Breakfast is only for 1 person, the reason is because my reservation is only for 1 person. Whereas in other hotels, which are equivalent to this hotel, even though it is listed for only 1 person, you can still have breakfast with 2 people because normally in 1 room it applies to 2 guests. Even though the hotel is pretty good, but the service is disappointing. Bad lah, big zero.

Kamarnya kurang bersih (Tea set banyak debunya). Di lobby pintu masuk door man kurang inisiatif. Kalo tamu rombongan utamanya dari daerah (apalagi orang tua/ lansia) sebaiknya di arahkan masuk dan keluarnya di mana biar tidak bingung. Sebaiknya service nya lebih di perhatikan. Makasih.
