A very comfortable hotel for families or solo staycations. The staff are friendly, the room smells good, the room is nice and clean, the equipment is complete. I left my bag containing my phone but the hotel staff was very kind to help find and store my bag, we will definitely stay here again ❤️

I have always loved my stay here! The rooms facing the green areas in Fatmawati (still don't know what the place is called, to be honest) are always pleasant and a breath of fresh air amidst Jakarta's overcrowding. The breakfast menu was not only varied but also good! The hotel being situated just a short distance from the MRT station is also a significant advantage!

I always like to stay at park 5, the hotel is in a housing complex so it is not noisy. the atmosphere in the hotel for the swimming pool also reminds me of the time in Bali. for the room the space is spacious and clean, for the TV it already uses netflix, prime video and youtube. for go-food it is also easy to get at the security post or at the concierge in front of the lobby. especially for families it is also very suitable to stay at park 5.

Quick recap for 3 nights in Superior Room. 1. Hospitality from the staff's hotel is great! 2. The hotel is maintained really well, the facilities all are working! 3. There are a plenty of communal space around the hotel! 4. The room is great for staycation for Netflix or other entertainment on TV, the hotel already prepared the account for Netflix! 5. The Hotel is not in main road so it is peaceful around the hotel! Overall I had a wonderful time staying here!

I requested a happy anniversary card, but the staff not only prepared the card, they also drew on the bathroom glass with some wishes, which I found amazing. It is truly a great moment staying at Park5, will surely visit again.

This hotel is actually quite good. It's just located in Simatupang, which is very congested, but that's Jakarta, isn't it? It's close to the MRT station. I didn't buy breakfast there, but I did buy a croissant, and it seems like it was put in the fridge, and then when I reheated it, I don't know if the oven was bad or what, it was still frozen. The room isn't soundproof, so yesterday someone next door could hear me laughing at night. Then, I got a room facing the pool, and at 5:30 in the morning, the kids were already noisy swimming, so my son couldn't sleep anymore because he was disturbed and wanted to swim too. The room was actually clean, but for some reason, when my son finished playing on the floor, his feet were black when he got on the bed. That means the floor is dusty, right? Overall, it's actually good, but it's just not soundproof enough.

Love love love the iced latte & loaded nachos. Love love love the ambiance on the lobby area. Also love love love the staff's friendliness. Truly feels like home. But maybe fix the floor in the rooms, and add options for brighter lighting for those with poor eyesight.
