Bisa²nya kamar gw dijual padahal uda bayar dluan. Seprei tolong diganti, aku bayar disitu. Bukan geatis!

AC di lantai 3 tidak dingin. Kalo mau pesan kamar jangan mau di lantai 3 mending gak usah jadi.

Initially they were asked for a deposit of 100 thousand, they asked for an ID card to be held there. I said, I've been paid using the application, everything has been paid in full, why are you asking for a deposit? Did you say that's the rule? Then the room smells bad, the bathroom doesn't smell good. In the room there were lots of mosquitoes buzzing around. It feels really uncomfortable. Is that enough there? He said if you don't want to just cancel, it's none of my business. The point is, it's not comfortable from the start when you enter. So, the lesson for the future is that it is better to look for someone who is friendly with their service.
