The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. The room and bathroom are clean. Close to the city center and strategic. The food is delicious and complete. Maybe the lighting is a little dim but it doesn't matter. It could be one of the options for staying in the Kuningan area

The room is ok but it lacks fragrance and smells of dust as if it hasn't been used for a long time, the AC could be cooler, the hallway to the room lacks fragrance and the carpet hasn't been vacuumed for a long time, maybe it smells a bit dusty, the bathroom is ok, there is hot water but it's a bit dark in the shower room, the pool is ok but there are not enough towels, breakfast is ok, the parking lot is spacious but it would be better if the one at the back had a canopy so it's not too hot, and the access road to the back parking lot doesn't have a canopy, it's a hassle to get a car when it rains.
