I had such a lovely stay at Senyum World Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and really comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and made everything feel easy from check-in to check-out. The hotel has so many family-friendly facilities—it’s impossible to get bored here. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices. Overall, a truly pleasant and memorable stay!

We stayed at Senyum World Hotel for Maulid holiday, which was also close to our anniversary. Since we brought our two kids, we chose this hotel for a family staycation. I booked the thematic room with a Greek design because I thought it looked fresh and clean—and it really was! When we got out of the lift on the 5th floor (the Greek-themed floor), we were greeted with a refreshing mix of blue and white colors. The room also felt bright, clean, and very fresh with the same Greek-style colors. The bathroom was clean and fully equipped with amenities (shower gel, shampoo, soap bar, 2 shower caps, 2 toothbrushes, cotton buds, 2 glasses, and towels). The wardrobe had a small safe and a mini fridge. The room was quite spacious with a comfortable chair in the corner. From the balcony, we could see a beautiful mountain view, and below there were rides from Jatim Park 3 carnival. Upon arrival, we received a voucher worth IDR 30,000 for games and also welcome snacks (ice cream and popcorn). If you’re looking for an all-in-one family staycation, Senyum World Hotel is a great choice!

The hotel is very good, the hotel facilities are very complete and connected to the mall and Jatim Park 3, bringing children is very happy and not bored at the hotel, it is highly recommended to stay here again if you go to the Batu area, the food is also delicious and very varied, the best in short⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed in a family room in the green building. The staff was friendly. Our room had a beautiful view, both of nature and the hotel itself. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We were truly happy and satisfied with our stay at Senyum World Hotel.

The room is very spacious. Strategic location. Close to Jatim Park 3, souvenir shops and restaurants. I chose this hotel because of the facilities for children, but unfortunately, when I was there, it was under renovation, so the children could only swim.

1. The hotel staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were hassle-free. 2. The children's pool needs maintenance, although the slide is still usable. 3. The location is very close to tourist attractions, so it's easy to walk without having to park. 4. The breakfast menu is so varied that you can't try everything. I apologize for the receptionist in building 2. I think the guy was not very nice in terms of facial expressions and speech, as if he was discriminating against customers. The main thing is that the menu and taste of the food are the best, as are the rooms and facilities, especially for children.

The food wasn't very good. A 4-star hotel wouldn't even have cooked rice. The chicken porridge tasted like rice, too. The Madura porridge was incredibly salty, and the side dishes were too salty. It's just not good 😭
