The sheets were dirty, the mattress wasn't clean, the toiletries were limited, and the walls were dirty. There was only one towel, and it looked like a doormat.

A place for a staycation with family, the place is clean, as are the rooms.

Family-friendly hotel!! I really liked it! My first time here, I didn't regret it, and my kids asked to come back hahaha. For the price of the hotel and breakfast, it was totally worth it!! Love!

I always stay here every time I visit Bogor. Everything is great, from the staff, the rooms, and the housekeeping. I can only suggest that guests are given a parking card so they don't have to ask for a free parking stamp in the lobby.

Everything is bad, I'm really sorry I ordered a non-smoking room because my family and I couldn't, honestly the room was very dirty at first I was given room 1205 which was a dusty room, then the towels I got were already dirty and worn out, when I wanted to pray I was shocked to see the bathroom smelled really bad of cigarette smoke and the walls were black and moldy, the mattress had to be replaced, the smell of cigarettes even got to the pillows, like a room that had never been used, the hallway floor was also very dirty, finally I went to the receptionist to ask for a non-smoking room, the initial reason was that it was busy, finally I was given room 815, and when I got to the room it was better, but honestly the towels were okay, the room was cleaner, but the AC was moldy, not cold enough, the bathroom smelled really bad, the pillows still smelled of cigarette smoke, I was surprised to say this was a non-smoking room why the cigarette smell was so strong on the mattress and pillows, the curtains also looked dirty and brown with dust, please maintain the standard operating procedure, cleanliness, and the rules if it is a non-smoking room are strict to customers who smoking, finally I decided to check out because I couldn't stand the smell, hopefully it can be fixed. Thank you

Staying at Sienna Residence was very pleasant, the staff were very friendly, check-in and check-out time was very easy, the room was very clean, very tidy, the price was affordable not too expensive, and the food was delicious, the hotel location is very strategic not far from public facilities such as Bubulak Terminal, Gunung Harta bus pool, Laladon Terminal. Insha Allah, next time I have a vacation to Bogor, I will stay at Sienna again. Thank you🙏😊

Even though we'd been told that a non-smoking room was available when we booked, we still had to mention it at check-in. So we had to go back downstairs to change rooms.

Overall, the room was quite good, but the floor was a bit dirty upon entering. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, and the outside of the room was also a bit dirty. The pool area was also dirty, perhaps because it was part of an apartment complex, so the residents didn't maintain the cleanliness of the apartment's facilities. There were lots of tissues and used Ultra milk in the pool. Please, the hotel and apartment management should take the cleanliness of the apartment and hotel seriously.

We checked in at night (already heads up), for some reason we were given a studio apartment room, when we entered, we were shocked that the room only had 1 bed (a queen size, I think), and the room also smelled of cigarettes, even though it was stated as a non-smoking room. We didn't have the energy to complain because it was already late and we had to check out for a campus event the next morning, so we tried to sleep, which was difficult because the public transportation outside was so noisy even though our room was high up. Then, it turned out the balcony door wasn't locked, which was really scary if you bring small children. It's true that the location is quite close to the IPB campus, but I don't recommend it for a long stay. It's really uncomfortable 🫠

Strategic location, family room with a pretty good view, fairly clean room and friendly staff. What needs to be improved: - Cleanliness of the hotel's public areas (elevator, hotel lobby area) Overall, the experience of staying for 3 days was quite good.
