Smart Room at Gateway Pasteur Apartment

The AC is useless. There are cockroaches. The service, oh my God.

The staff informed us that the room was unavailable on the day of the event. If you wanted a room at the same price, you would be directed to another hotel. If you still wanted the same location, you would have to pay an additional 100,000 rupiah per day.

The rooms are clean and tidy, with free water bottles and a water heater. The staff is friendly and cooperative, even when there was a booking error (due to a booking date error), and they were very helpful in getting a refund. It's easy to reach the city center, and the amenities are plentiful. For late meals, you can choose from restaurants within the apartment complex or outside.

There is no wifi, the AC is not cold, the TV is not a smart TV... hopefully it can be improved further

There's a 200,000 IDR deposit and cash, so you'll need to prepare a larger budget. However, the refund was quick and transferred to your account. Other than that, it was okay; the room was pretty clean, as it was just for sleeping.

The room is fragrant, clean, and comfortable. The guy is fast in responding. Although at the beginning you have to deposit 200K first, it can be returned later, you can use cash or transfer. Later, if the deposit is returned from a different bank, I use Mandiri, the admin will deduct 2,500, so you need to have a BCA bank so that the admin doesn't deduct it for the deposit return. Overall, it's good. Will come back again for a staycation here 🫶

I was really sad yesterday because I got a room with a creaky, rickety bed, so sleeping was uncomfortable and noisy 😔.

The photos of the units offered in the Traveloka application are different from the real ones. The rooms and rooms are dirty.

My mistake was taking a transit room because I didn't notice, then when I checked in I changed it to a regular room and paid an additional Rp100,000. I didn't mind the extra cost, but when I got the room, the staff just said that room X can go up through tower X and X, but this one said to enter through the back tower. I didn't know which tower, they didn't show me clearly. I had to go around and ended up annoyed. When I got to the room, it turned out that the room was not suitable, small and there were no facilities. The only toiletries were towels that were not very clean, soap was given after asking and given 1 jerrycan. Complaints from the night before were ignored. I asked about making hot water, they said there was no dispenser because it was broken. There was a kettle and other equipment that seemed useless too. The electric kettle was said to be for monthly rent. The sheets were not very clean, the blanket/bed cover was small and not very clean either. The bathroom was quite clean but not that clean either. The refrigerator was not cold, the cupboard and others were quite dusty and not well maintained. For vehicles, parking was not covered either. Fortunately, the water heater and AC were still safe.

It's really not recommended, rickety bed, dirty sheets, broken toilet.

Want to try a staycation at the apart while swimming, I thought the place was the same as in the photo, but apparently not. From the moment we first arrived, cleanliness was very poor, the table and glass were dirty. Then I tried using the TV but it couldn't be turned on and the WiFi couldn't be accessed either, I tried asking the boss but he didn't listen. A stove is provided but there is no gas, not even an electric thermos. A staycation there isn't really fun, what's the point if everything is so difficult? Really bad service, when guests have complaints instead of fixing them or providing solutions. But for a bedroom it's ok, especially since there are 3 mattresses that can sleep 5 people. Maybe the service could be improved further if people don't regret going there.
