I would like to compliment the gym room as it was good. Majapahit era, maybe, but still useful and works fine. They got bench, lats pulldown, leg press, smith machine, dumbbells, cables, and enough cardio machines.
Food was fantastic, lots of choice and variety. Really love the pastry and coffee.

This is my second stay here. The first time I stayed here, it was very comfortable, and everyone was friendly. That's why I brought my family this second time. But yesterday wasn't as comfortable as the first.
First, swimming felt uncomfortable because the security guards were so closely monitoring us, making us feel like fugitives.
Second, the fire alarm went off four times, without any warning, causing all the guests to panic and leave their rooms. Especially since I brought my mother, who panics easily. It was very, very bad. And yes, this is my last time there. Because of this unpleasant experience.

Overall, it's good. I got a special price at 10-10, and it's really kid-friendly. It's just that you can't leave your bags after check out, and you can't check in early because it's so crowded. But the family facilities are super complete.

This is my second stay here. The first time I stayed here, it was very comfortable, and everyone was friendly. That's why I brought my family this second time. But yesterday wasn't as comfortable as the first.
First, swimming felt uncomfortable because the security guards were so closely monitoring us, making us feel like fugitives.
Second, the fire alarm went off four times, without any warning, causing all the guests to panic and leave their rooms. Especially since I brought my mother, who panics easily. It was very, very bad. And yes, this is my last time there. Because of this unpleasant experience.

Overall, it's good. I got a special price at 10-10, and it's really kid-friendly. It's just that you can't leave your bags after check out, and you can't check in early because it's so crowded. But the family facilities are super complete.
