Overall satisfying, delicious food, friendly and very helpful hotel staff, but the hotel is not very kids and Muslim friendly. The shower is high, there is no alternative shower that can be removed that uses a flexible hose, there is no adapted additional faucet in the shower for ablution. The toilet also does not have a jet shower so it is difficult to rinse / clean the kids, the carpet in the room is dusty, it seems like it is rarely vacuumed, the door stopper is very dangerous not only for kids but also adults (I once tripped). The additional dining room is not comfortable, there is no children's pool, and if I may suggest the smoking area should not be by the pool, there are many kids or people who intend to swim for exercise and have fun but instead inhale cigarette smoke, come on, come on, Swissbel can be a child and Muslim friendly hotel. Nice staff, I came in for 9-10 in the morning so I’m waiting in the waiting room and the receptionist said that my room was already done so I can take a rest before going to the Libera concert in JIExpo, and can use the shuttle bus either. Swissbell hotel always keeps their quality.

Nice staff, I came in for 9-10 in the morning so I’m waiting in the waiting room and the receptionist said that my room was already done so I can take a rest before going to the Libera concert in JIExpo, and can use the shuttle bus either. Swissbell hotel always keeps their quality.
