There is some bedbugs on the bed, I wake up in the morning with an itchy rash on my hands and feet. Please check all bed area to be more cleanliness.

First, the door is error, need to go back down and my husband brought 1 staff with him to go upstairs, and said one of the maintenance staff will fix it but no one came until morning I need to confirm to receptionists. The aircon was leaked that night too. Next day is I can't even turn the aircon on and ask the maintenance come again to fix it. Also, the most important is I'm sorry to say but the bedsheets are dirty, a lot of yellow spots here and there.

I really enjoyed staying at Swiss-Belhotel Rasuna. All staff were friendly. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom also clean. Food is good, air-conditioning function well and cold, pool also clean. Its suitable for people who want to take holiday stay or staycation.

The room is dull and old, dark and sad…. I request for best view like the photo they provided in the listings, but the staff refuse my request and said that during night time the pool is dark so it is not good… so what? I want the pool view, but the reason they give to me is unacceptable…. Some furniture is not there like the listed photo, also not so clean, I can see some dirt in the chair. The room is not soundproof, I can hear sound from another room and the alleyway of the hotel. Photo in the listing is so much different with the room…. I don't think I will comeback and stay in this hotel again in the near future…
