Came for a staycation with family after seeing reviews on social media. When checking in, it turned out that the pool was under renovation without any notification on the hotel's social media account. It was told that we could use the pool of the apartment next door, when in the morning we wanted to use the pool with the kids, it turned out that the pool was also being treated until 2 pm when I should have checked out. Asked the receptionist, she didn't know the information. Very disappointed because of this, the hotel staff did not provide a well brief and also did not respond after being promised by the staff to be informed to the managerial level.
