It was our first time to stay at this hotel. First thing first before I book a hotel, I have to double check the reviews from app and Maps (it was good, so I decided to book the room). The results were amazing, the moment when we stepped out of our Grab - the staff was right away came and helped us with the luggage (we got like 30-50kg inside our luggage, so..). The checked in process was smooth & the next day we even able to leave our luggage for couple of hours after checked out. All of the staff were friendly and full of smiles (this is how hospitality industry should be). The room was clean and comfortable, the location? Oh please don’t ask me, it was just perfect for us. I wrote this review with an honest experience from us (as I also working in this industry for the past 10 years over Asia).

The hotel is very comfortable. The bathroom looks like it has just been renovated so it is very comfortable and clean. Got a free room upgrade too. Hopefully there will be another chance to stay at The Acacia Jakarta. This is a room service food that is still affordable but tastes really good.

Unfriendly hotel staff, hot AC, swimming pool under repair, no compensation when wanting to change rooms because the AC was hot (had to downgrade), elevator smells of cigarettes, hotel full of cobwebs, stubborn technicians who were told the AC was hot still didn't believe it, old & broken TV with lots of ants, slow wifi, bad room view, asked for a top floor but was given a lower floor, dark room with dead lights, dirty stained door, shower doesn't heat up, slow water flow, cheap amenities like at Oyo, yellow bedsheets, food is not tasty, strange taste, nothing good, worst experience staying in a hotel I've ever had

Good hotel, affordable price, stayed in a twin room, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there were 2 comfortable pillows per bed, good Wi-Fi and AC, the bathroom was spacious with a hot shower, and it was quite clean.

Unfriendly hotel staff, hot AC, swimming pool under repair, no compensation when wanting to change rooms because the AC was hot (had to downgrade), elevator smells of cigarettes, hotel full of cobwebs, stubborn technicians who were told the AC was hot still didn't believe it, old & broken TV with lots of ants, slow wifi, bad room view, asked for a top floor but was given a lower floor, dark room with dead lights, dirty stained door, shower doesn't heat up, slow water flow, cheap amenities like at Oyo, yellow bedsheets, food is not tasty, strange taste, nothing good, worst experience staying in a hotel I've ever had

Good hotel, affordable price, stayed in a twin room, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there were 2 comfortable pillows per bed, good Wi-Fi and AC, the bathroom was spacious with a hot shower, and it was quite clean.
