The room itself was excellent – spacious, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing ambiance after a day out. So much so, that I decided to extend my stay for an additional night! What truly stood out was the in-room dining service. I ordered the chicken fried rice, fried banana, and french fries, and I must say, every single dish was absolutely great! It's a testament to the quality of their culinary offerings, even when enjoyed in the comfort of my room. The hospitality of the staff was also exceptional, with everyone doing a great job to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall, The Jayakarta SP Jakarta provided a fantastic experience, from the comfortable accommodations to the superb in-room dining, which led me to happily extend my stay. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Jakarta.

The hotel staff is friendly, the food is in accordance with the price of the room... but the cleanliness is lacking, the mattress has a spot that smells of pee (the sheet has been replaced, but unfortunately it still penetrates) and because it is an old hotel, the atmosphere is a bit classic (you know). For me who is paranoid, the atmosphere at night is a bit spooky. I don't want to ruin the business, but it comes back to individual taste. There is a price for what you get. Went with my husband to accompany my nephew to a competition

The place is really fun, it's not enough if it's 2 days and 1 night. So we extended it to 3 days and 2 nights. The kids are really satisfied playing here... they can swim and play on the swings. Basically, it's the best!!

It was really fun staying here... initially it was only 2 days 1 night.. as a result, I added a booking to 3 days 2 nights... it was really fun.. the location is very close to everywhere... next to Circle K and Foodcourt so it's not difficult to find food.... basically it's the best..

The room is spacious, even though it's an old hotel. There used to be a lot of events here. Now it's rare. There are food stalls around the hotel, such as Padang rice stalls, fried rice stalls, fried chicken stalls, and mini markets.

My room is on the 9th floor, Room 906. Around 5:10 PM, someone knocked on the door to deliver towels. What I didn't like, and I don't think it should be done, is that after knocking 2-3 times, he immediately opened the door himself. (He used his own access card.) My wife and children were scared, as he was already quite old. You can check the CCTV if you want a clearer picture.

The hotel is quite nice, strategically located, with plenty of snacks around the hotel. However, it needs to be cleaned again because there are small cockroaches, and the room door lock is missing. In the middle of the night, the sound of the toilet flushing from the next room really disturbed our rest.

The hotel is strategic and spacious..because it is an old hotel from the time when President Suharto came, it is an old tower..but so far it is still a good hotel..in my opinion the AC is not cold enough, the maintenance needs to be checked again..the staff are friendly and willing to help..the water heater works and there are quite a lot of TV channels..the food is quite tasty but not complete enough..there is also a swimming pool to make the kids happy even though it is small
