It was a wonderful stay! My family and I were really happy staying at this hotel. Everything was comfortable and we had a great time during our visit. The place was nice and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant staff were amazing and very helpful. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. His great service made our dining experience even better. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back again. The atmosphere represents Makassar as a coastal city, the view of the city and the sea is OK, close access from the city center and typical culinary and souvenirs, can jog, gym and swimming are favorites for children and the staff service is friendly and helpful.

I stayed for 2 nights and reserved a meeting room for a small event. Everything went well. There’s a slight delay due to technical issues with the video/audio tools, but the staff quickly assisted. The room was very comfortable, spacious, clean, with complete amenities. I ordered in-room dinner and tried their breakfast too, delicious, nothing to complain about. I had a great time staying here.

The breakfast menu is very varied....but the food refills are a bit slow....maybe because at that time there were a lot of people coming down for breakfast so a lot of the buffet was empty....the bathroom shower didn't work properly....wanted to use the shower upstairs but it didn't work...

The hotel was just okay. It didn't live up to the expectations in the pictures. The price was expensive, but the room was unbearably small. Fortunately, the room was clean and the view was quite nice.
