It was a wonderful stay! My family and I were really happy staying at this hotel. Everything was comfortable and we had a great time during our visit. The place was nice and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant staff were amazing and very helpful. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. His great service made our dining experience even better. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back again. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms are very clean and smell good, the food is delicious, every holiday I definitely stay here, the check-in process is fast, the kids love the welcome cake and in the afternoon/evening there is sarabba.

It's a top hotel. Initially, our room had no hot water. The staff upgraded our room to a suite with a jacuzzi. It was perfect and made up for the initial problem.

Just want to give a suggestion to the engineer at this hotel, please check every room's facilities if they really need to be replaced such as showers etc. I stayed 3 nights at this hotel, with the condition of the first day the shower was leaking and I didn't report it, in the afternoon I took a shower and finally the shower broke by itself. And when checking out we were asked to replace it, even though it wasn't our fault, if all rooms are not checked and this also happens to other people, then every time something like that happens the guest is charged to replace it and the hotel management doesn't spend money on the repair. I've stayed here several times every time I go to Makassar and now we are disappointed. Not because of the few hundred thousand.

The hotel staff was very helpful, the room was comfortable, with a great view, and it's connected to Pipo Mall. The only thing I'd like to do is make sure the refrigerator isn't cold enough, which is a bit difficult for those of us with small children. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at The Rinra. Booked 3 weeks in advance, booked 2 rooms, arrived on time to check in at 2:00 PM, only got 1 room, the other one wasn't available until 5:30 PM. Maybe it was high season or understaffed, hopefully it will be better in the future.
