best hospitality! we stayed 1 night for staycation, everything so smooth and easy. best part, staff nice and set up a birthday compliment for my daughter. protocol for covid safe is done very well, even when breakfast at resto thank you The Sultan!

Sultan was one of the oldest Jakarta hotel. Great hospitality! I book this to celebrate my parents wedding anniversary and call them to create a special decor and provide great view for them. Surprisingly, the did provide both and it was very amusing for my parents, especially mom who was excite. So, although it's old but they still have the best view, best location, hospitality and very clean room

The Sultan Hotel is one of the best in the city. It is located in the heart of the city, it is easy to reach this place. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I love the room, it is spacious and lovely. The breakfast is super good. I had very good moment and so much fun staying here. I definitely will go back here with my family and friends.

Stayed there for the first time for the concert in GBK. The AC quality was very humid although we put it at 10 degrees.

The third times staying in this hotel. Was shocked at first when I saw the room was not as big as my 2 last stays before. Apparently it was deluxe not grand deluxe but it equipped with bathtub though so I still enjoyed the room. Breakfast was good, variety of foods and drinks, the hospitality of the staffs. Would love to stay again. Wait to go for"old hotel"! Thank you.

Was at the convention at JCC. Had an underground path directly to JCC, which was most convenient. Everything was above standard for a business trip. If it 's first time to Jakarta, I'd definitely recommend here (as long as your budget covers the expenses) also, the Chinese restaurant at 1st floor is a must-try place. Strongly recommend it!

Sadly forgot to take pictures. I love that the Sultan still use handheld bidet sprayer. I always feel a slight disappointment when I walk into a hotel room and they just use inner bidet spray. That 's not how Indonesians clean themselves after toilet business. TV connection needs work and so does wifi. No hope to watch TV as wifi doesn't work. Also, I had a diarrhea when I was there and the hotel didn't have P3 K box for emergency situation Luckily there 's halodoc and the concierge (thank you!) Was VERY helpful. But I slept like a baby and it was a really good stay and deal!

It was a pleasant stay, staff were helpful, hotel is located right across GBK, room service was OK, the food I ordered tasted delicious. Ran into a bit problem with the Netflix but staff were able to resolve it quickly. The only problem was the baby cockroach that I found in the bathroom, twice. I think the bathroom could use a deep cleaning. Cockroaches are disgusting.

Staff really good. They offer a free minibar during our stay. Location really good. Its near the gbk. Good place for concert goers. The room was spacious only too bad some bed sheets need replacement for the new one.

The staff really friendly and helpful, but there is no hot water only warm water but more cold I don't know to describe it. And then the room a bit hot cause the ac not cool, there is a remote on the wall but I try to set up but doesn't work:).
