Stayed at W Home Benhil for a quick city break, and it was a comfortable, no-fuss experience. The room was clean and cozy, with Netflix-ready TV, good AC, and hot water, perfect for unwinding after a day in Central Jakarta. The location’s great too, just a short ride to GBK or Senayan area, making it easy if you’re attending events nearby. Staff were friendly, and the small café downstairs was a nice bonus for a simple breakfast or coffee run.

I've been staying here for a while now, always a go-to for events at GBK or just a Netflix staycation. So far, the hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort have been very satisfying. I happened to get a fairly large room, but it's still comfortable, thanks to the large-screen Netflix service.

I stayed for 10 days and 9 nights 👍 I took the smallest room, but it was very comfortable to sleep alone, because the room was clean, the service was very friendly and very helpful, especially for those who brought a car 👍, the voucher price in the app was cheaper than others 👍

I chose a room that’s ideal only for an individual though it’s mentioned that it’s max. for 2 people. There’s a deposit fee 100k as a guarantee that should be paid upfront and we’ll get it back when we check-out. The room is clean, has good Wi-Fi, AC, lift, water heater, huge TV (including access to Netflix). They gave a bar code sent to my email to unlock the room door. It’s located in a strategic area, close to the city centre, easy to get food nearby and the area isn’t too crowded. I also really appreciate the hospitality of the staff! The minus point is that the room isn’t soundproof.

Totally worth it. In front of the hotel is a JakLingko bus stop. You can also get various food by walking, must try Mie Benhill for sure. Nearby coffee shop (Tomoro, Fore, Family Mart, Starbucks). Definitely my go to hotel

booked this for an event at gbk, but turns out theres a national protest held all over the country especially in the DPR complex which is 2.3kms away from the hotel. the event was cancelled, there are chaos and possible riots everywhere surrounding the hotel location especially after an unfortunate tragedy with an ojol driver. i asked if i could refund/reschedule due to safety reasons and they said no. ok, but will never book here or anywhere affiliated with this place again.
