The hotel is perfect. The facilities and the food are awesome, there are so much choices for breakfast, and the staff are very kind and helpful. A lot of transportation options to get there. Lastly, the price is very reasonable. I will stay there again in the future.

This is the umpteenth time I've stayed at Wyndham and USUALLY I'm always satisfied.. but this time it was a bit annoying.. from swimming I was only given 1 towel.. booking a room with 2 beds but instead I was given 1 bed.. then during breakfast, on the first day the four of us had breakfast (2 adults and 1 child aged 3 years and 1 child aged 5 years) no one asked for additional fees.. but on the second day suddenly the waitress said that a 5 year old child had to pay.. even though yesterday we had breakfast without being asked for a fee.. and when I booked on the application it was also written there that children would not be charged.. because when I booked the room, I wrote 2 adults and 2 children.. but yeah maybe the rules suddenly changed that day šš and what made it even more annoying was that the deposit change was not enough and I was told to let it go hahahaa.. how UNprofessional you are, Sis.. I will always remember MB nyaa.. but because I don't want to be bothered.. so I just went home..
for the rest everything is okay.. God willing I still want to come back here again..
hopefully the service can be even better..

Nice hotel to stay and a lot of foods to find in the mall beside you eat in the hotel itself, and not too far to downtown area. During breakfast time, you will find variety of foods. Thank you to Wyndham Hotel Palembang.

the room's AC was problematic when we first checked in, it wasn't cold at all, it was fixed around 18:00, then the TV was hard to operate, because the channel was unstable, and many channels didn't work. the bathroom leaked at the sink, so the water went everywhere and the bathroom became dirty, lastly during breakfast our 6 year old child wasn't allowed to enter if he didn't pay for additional breakfast.

too crowded...the sound from outside was noisy...the next room was noisy until night couldn't sleep...the bathroom exhaust fan was dead...so it was stuffy, damp and smelly...directed to the 2nd floor, they said the top floor wasn't ready yet...and it turned out the view was the roof of the buildingš¤Ŗ...plus the view of a bird carcass on the roofš¤®...so the room felt even more cramped because the curtains weren't opened...please be careful about itš
