The Ramadan Iftar was great, with a wide selection of food and a well-organized flow. The wait wasn't long, though perhaps dessert should have been added. The hotel manager, Mr. Yusuf, was top-notch in hospitality and very humble. Highly recommended 👍

The hotel's telephone operator never answers the phone. It's incredibly difficult to reach, so for anything, you always have to go down to the 7th floor to see the receptionist.

I booked 1 room for 2 days with a total of 3 people staying because I thought I could add an extra bed, then when I checked in I couldn't add because the room was too small so I decided to add 1 room for 2 people with a different booking. It turned out that the second booking for the next day was for the wrong month, namely the following month. But I didn't realize it because when I asked the check-in staff, the man said my order had been entered and I could continue the room without checking in for the next day. It turned out that the next day I just realized I had the wrong room and I told my story, instead I was told to book another hotel which was still in the same building without offering a refund option 😆🙏🏻 I was quite disappointed because I was comfortable with the hotel but the staff service was very lacking 😄🙏🏻
