Check-in was fast, the hotel staff was friendly, the room and toilet were very clean, the interior was very nice and comfortable, the location was close to the city center and easily accessible, and there were easy access to food nearby. Everything was great. The shower power was a bit unstable, though. The water fluctuated from strong to moderate. The only downside was that it would suddenly go from hot to cold, and vice versa. But I was given early check-in. Excellent service. And for someone who cares about cleanliness, the room was clean and didn't smell of dust. The room was neat and clean. Very comfortable for my family with a toddler.

Honestly, the hotel is okay for those with only one suitcase or no luggage. But for those staying overnight with multiple suitcases, it's a bit tricky. You have to carry your own luggage from the first floor. Especially for women with more than one suitcase and carry-on luggage. But the hotel is clean and okay ☺️
