Understaffed hotel - individual staff are friendly but management is very poor Expensive bar prices relative to Cork city Poor service as staff are run off their feet and people left the bar because they were fed up waiting for service Unable to watch rugby on TV at bar because hotel does not have the channels even though half the guests staying there were there for the rugby weekend Impossibly tight and restrictive parking spaces Breakfast was hit and miss as you waited for cups, glasses and food to be delivered / served Unlikely to stay their again

I will never stay here again. No water available form the stay. I got no prior notice, if I did I would have stayed somewhere else. I had a note under my door when I arrived saying the water would be back in the evening. I called the reception at about 7pm, they said it would be back in about an hour. I went for dinner , wearing my jacket as the restaurant was freezing cold. Afterwards, I checked the water, it was brown. I used bottled water to brush my teeth. The next morning I checked again. The water was still brown. I had a cold breakfast (that was supposed to be hot) , in the cold restaurant before leaving. I wasn’t asked how my stay was, they probably knew the answer. No compensation or apologies were offered on departure. 150 euro for a night in hotel that couldn’t offer hot water.
