周辺は店などはなく、不便な立地。 サービスもスタッフは懸命に取り組んでいるものの、やや効率が悪い。設備が全体的に古く、外気が30度まで上がってもエアコンがなく、扇風機で代用。暑さと道路からの騒音と扇風機の稼働音で寝苦しかった。

Staff very friendly and helpful

Dear Clayton Hotel Team, I hope you are well. I am writing to share some brief feedback from our recent stay at Clayton Hotel Silver Springs, which I hope will be helpful for service improvement. We were not informed at check-in that the swimming pool required advance booking or that it closed at 6:00 pm. When we arrived at we were told it closed at 7:00 pm, resulting in us being unable to use the pool and having to return the following day on a day pass. The facilities were described as a five-minute walk, but it was not mentioned that the route involves a fairly steep uphill walk. On a positive note, the staff member in the gym explained everything clearly, which we appreciated. However, during our stay we also experienced delays in receiving toilet tissue when requested, bedding not being properly made on day two, and some disappointment with breakfast — while the selection was good, the hot breakfast quality was poor and the juices appeared heavily diluted. I wanted to share this feedback constructively, as clearer communication and some service improvements would greatly enhance the guest experience. The staff were so helpful and nice. The room was great and the bed so comfortable. I loved that the windows would open so u can get fresh sit.

First class ..great breakfast

Stay was ok. Carpet was heavily stained in parts. I asked for a room with a view but i got a room at back of hotel with no view. I asked for a mini fridge for medical supplies and got it but it was filthy. We were afraid to put our snacks in it. Curtains are long and block the heat coming from radiator, room was cold. I had to roll up the curtains to let out the heat.

I will never stay here again. No water available form the stay. I got no prior notice, if I did I would have stayed somewhere else. I had a note under my door when I arrived saying the water would be back in the evening. I called the reception at about 7pm, they said it would be back in about an hour. I went for dinner , wearing my jacket as the restaurant was freezing cold. Afterwards, I checked the water, it was brown. I used bottled water to brush my teeth. The next morning I checked again. The water was still brown. I had a cold breakfast (that was supposed to be hot) , in the cold restaurant before leaving. I wasn’t asked how my stay was, they probably knew the answer. No compensation or apologies were offered on departure. 150 euro for a night in hotel that couldn’t offer hot water.

Very quick and convenient check in service. Clean and comfortable room

Comfortable room, wedding venue was spectacular. Food in the Gallery restaurant and wedding reception was fantastic. Appreciated that everything for wedding was in one place. Staff courteous and helpful.

Room was comfortable and clean. Check in and out was easy.

Nice Hotel

Nice hotel. Only one small lift. Overall I would recommend
