The Gresham Hotel is an historic building that has been maintained to a high standard.
The Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The Breakfast was plentiful and well presented.
I will stay again when i am in Dublin next.

What stood out the most was the number of friendly, knowledgeable staff members on hand to assist with questions or provide service whether it was in the lobby area, restaurant areas or bar. We were on vacation and unfamiliar with the area and needed guidance with regards to the area and transportation availability. A staff member was always able to answer these questions.
The rooms were clean and comfortable; the hotel location was great and the restaurants there were terrific. Numerous sitting areas in the reception area provide places to just sit and relax.

The hotel itself was lovely and the service was amazing. We arrived before noon after several weeks of travelling. The hotel had a room ready for us to check right into to put our feet up and relax. Breakfast the next morning was very delicious with a huge variety of choices, right up to a big irish fry. Great way to end our vacation.

Excellent location for walking and getting bus access to airports.literally right in front of hotel! O’Connel street very busy but safe during the day. Did not go out after 7pm.The city kept the street clean despite the busy traffic and people. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast excellent. Rooms quiet and shower had hot water and great water pressure.very nice hotel.

The service was impeccable. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were very clean, and the public areas were lovely. However, for the money (or less) we could have gotten comparable value elsewhere. The room was quite small. We compared with a friend who stayed at Aloft the same night - we wish we had stayed there. Could we at least have gotten a couple of free water bottles in our room?

The service at Reception was not ideal. I was hosting a meeting with my Customer Excellence management team. I had a meeting room booked. Checking in - half of the team had checked in on-line yet they had to repeat the full process the same as those that had not - why? I was expecting to be shown to our meeting room and introduced. There was no key for the room. I had to return to reception, asked for this after much moving around i was told to go back down with one of your team. He started looking in the other meeting rooms and then asked me why I wanted to change rooms. I explained I had no reason to change room, I wanted a key to lock our room so we could pop out. I then had to return to reception after he called ahead to tell them. When I got there, I had to wait for someone to come from out back to prepare the key. This cost a lot of wasted time in my meeting. For the cost of this room, I thought this was appalling.

Lovely hotel spacious room. One downfall was we were 3 adults but the room had a double bed and pull out sofa bed. The sofabed was definitely not suited to an adult.

Excellent and central location. Bus to and from airport stops right in front of this hotel. Hotel is walking distance to affordable shops. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with lots of tasty choices. Staff was helpful. I’d recommend this hotel and would stay here the next time I visit Dublin.

The A/C in the room didnt work, and the last night, our family of 4 was sweltering. The front desk attendant said he would let his manager know but didnt seem to bothered to do much about it. We were also on the 6th floor but the elevators only went up to 5 so we had to lug out 5 suitcases up a flight of stairs. Strange.
The hotel was huge and close to walk to most everything. The breakfast buffet was the best part. My kids loved it. But overall, it was a lackluster experience.
