The stay was absolutely beautiful! In every way. The only part that was a little sad was no hot water when showering and never refilled the coffee. However the coffe was to die for at breakfast!!!

The hotel is in the centre of everything on O'Connell Street and directly opposite a Luas stop and also plenty of buses and yet the hotel is quiet. Comfortable modern rooms and nice bar area with pleasant and helpful staff.

It was okay overall. We had a travel delay and missed our first day. Unfortunately, their cancellation and refund policies are very strict, and we still had to pay for a night we did not use. The staff, however, was very friendly. The room was just okay—pretty average. The location is fantastic, though. It’s within walking distance of just about everything you would want to see.

Riu hotel exceeded expectations! Staff was friendly and efficient. Hotel was beautiful and in a nice location. You can most definitely expect the 4-5 star quality here. I stayed in a family deluxe king room with my partner and it was perfect! Spacious. The room was very clean and had the necessities we needed. During the day the street is bustling! At night it dies down tremendously but felt safe walking. You are about a 10 min walk to temple bar area or about $7-8 cab ride. Otherwise pubs close “early” around midnight. I’m not sure who i spoke with on the phone close to midnight at reception but they did take the extra step to try and find me makeup remover!! Very appreciated. What would’ve been a plus is room service being available throughout the night, maybe with some limited options. Would’ve loved a late night bite and a drink. I’d stay here again
