Our stay was lovely. The room was clean and spacious. We arrived early expecting to just leave our luggage, and the staff made accommodations to get us an early check-in. Breakfast was delicious, with sweets and savory options and fresh coffee. There was a bus to and from the airport with a station right outside the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The hotel was dated. The upgraded rooms are below ground level so it’s a bit creepy and weird.y son and husband were stuck in an elevator for 30 min. But it was a nightmare. It’s not like they were stuck. The elevator kept dropping and stoping and dropping. They thought this was the end.

2nd stay at this hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Friendly, helpful staff, great location, spacious rooms and nice breakfast.

We stayed at the RIU Gresham Hotel Dublin for a two-night pre-Christmas break. Firstly, the reception staff were fantastic, very welcoming, friendly and helpful on arrival, which made a great first impression. In general, the hotel was very clean, particularly the public areas, which were well maintained throughout our stay. The hotel was extremely busy due to the time of year, and this did result in quite a bit of noise late at night. When people were returning to their rooms after nights out, there was frequent door slamming and some very loud, disruptive behaviour. While this was frustrating, it does seem likely that this was due to the pre-Christmas party season rather than the hotel’s usual atmosphere. Unfortunately, the main disappointment was housekeeping. After being out for the day, we returned to our room at around 15:00 to find it had not been serviced. The cleaner was working a couple of doors down, so we assumed it would be done shortly and went back out. However, when we returned again at around 17:00, the room was still unserviced. With a booking at 19:00, we asked the cleaner for fresh towels. She did offer to service the room at that point, but it was too late, so we opted for towels only. This level of service was certainly below what we would normally expect from a RIU hotel. The cleaner appeared overwhelmed, and again this may have been due to how busy the hotel was at that time of year, but we did expect better. Overall, the hotel has many positive

Tout était parfait - nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un point important à considérer est que l’hôtel se trouve à quelques mètres seulement de l’arrêt de bus pour l’aéroport, ce qui est très pratique.

Front of house and dining staff were all excellent, helpful and friendly. Room was nice, but nothing to make it a little bit special. Sachets of instant coffee were what I’d expect from a budget hotel. Cleanliness was very good but cleaning staff ignored us when we said ‘good morning’ and didn’t even look or smile our way. A very nice hotel that, with a little attention to small details, could be fabulous.

Only issue was the beer in the bar did not taste great. Two different beers purchased and both tasted wrotten

Airport shuttle didn’t run was 30 min until the next one that was already full. Not the hotels fault but we assumed the stop was the first on the route and not likely to be full when the bus arrived

Excellent location. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was very fresh with a great choice.

Staff exceptional. Room comfortable except for bathroom. No heating/towel heater in bathroom and it was very cold. A lot of noise during day as work was o going. Location is excellent.
