lovely place to stay in Florence. Have been there twice. The staff is extremely helpful and cordial, breakfast is just right and in s delightful setting. Love the location. We were there in late October and there was no air-conditioning – I think that his country wide at that time of year. Not the best when it's warm and the mosquitoes are still around. But, that's not their fault!

The room had character and we enjoyed earring breakfast on the outdoor patio. It was a short walk to the train station and an easy walk to the Duomo

The staff at the hotel where great and very professional and made our stay that much more enjoyable. This charming hotel is in great location, 15 mins for airport and 1 block away from main train station in Florance. The breakfast was excellence and I continue to rave about the service and accommodations they provided me and my family.

The staff could not have been nice or more helpful-they emailed suggestions for things to do in Florence, as well as Venice (our next destination). The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. My only complaint was the small size of the rooms and street noise at night, neither of which are able to be modified.

Beautiful hotel located very close to both the train station and Piazza Santa Maria Novella. Rooms were spacious nice. Hotel staff were very helpful. Room did not seem to have air conditioning so we slept with the window open with noise from street and mosquitos. In hindsight, should have asked the staff for a solution that did not involve the window.
