Hotel Touring

We had two rooms for 4 adult travelers. We made our non refundable reservation months in advance and at the time of our travel the price was 1/2 of what we paid. Also, the Google ratings were much less than hotels.com. we had to climb on a desk to turn on our room air conditioner which struggled to keep the room from being too warm. The shower was elevated 1/3 meter and so small that we struggled to get in and out of it. The location was wonderful, but the rooms were not like the pictures and I was disappointed.

Great location, quick walk to the main train station. Had a mix up with the clerk but once everyone calmed down it was cleared up easily. Language barrier made communication tough. Close to some of the monuments. Would stay here again. Lots of options near by.

Ideal location, close to train, metro, and restaurants. Room for four was roomy and clean.

This is a very old and unkempt hotel. No amenities. Only a 5 minute walk to Rome Termini which was nice in the wee hours of the morning.

Mauricio, at the front desk, was awesome. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Guided us on some amazing sightseeing and shopping adventures. Much thanks to him and his crew.

Clean room, not far from the termini.staff is friendly, noisy street quiet down after midnight. Draw back is low quality beds.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona céntrica, con fácil acceso a distintos puntos de Roma, incluyendo paradas de autobús y estaciones de tren. Además, en los alrededores hay una gran variedad de restaurantes donde se puede disfrutar de buena comida. El edificio es amplio y de apariencia antigua, compartido con otros hoteles y negocios. Sin embargo, la entrada presenta ciertas dificultades, ya que no cuenta con rampa para maletas y hay varias escaleras que deben subirse antes de llegar a un ascensor pequeño. En cuanto al servicio, la persona de recepción no fue particularmente amable al momento de nuestra llegada, aunque sí proporcionó instrucciones claras. Al ingresar a la habitación, nos encontramos con un olor desagradable, similar a heces fecales, que persistió durante toda nuestra estancia, lo cual resultó muy incómodo. La cama era bastante dura, y las almohadas estaban desgastadas y eran extremadamente finas, al punto de no proporcionar comodidad. En general, el hotel necesita una renovación importante. Su principal ventaja es, sin duda, la ubicación.

The hotel is very close to termini central. Beyond that the hotel needs a serious upgrade.

Hotel was affordable, clean, and in a convenient location in Rome. It had the barest rooms but at least there was AC. Unfortunately my parents got a room with a window that opened up to a trash bin so they couldn't keep that open during our entire stay. This hotel is fine if you dont need much (amenities) and are staying a couple of days.

It was nice big apartment space for a family of 4. You would never get that space in Rome anywhere in my opinion. If you can get by being outdated it’s quite comfortable. Highly recommend.
