Assez propre mais chambre triste et laide. Lampes de chevet brisées, douche qui coule partout avec des portes qui ne ferment pas, vieille couverture passée date, porte de la salle bain qui ne ferme pas, etc

Very basic, functional hotel but good price in a decent neighborhood located very conveniently next to termini train station. Was good for what we were looking for which was a clean place to sleep but not much more than that.

Hotel location was very central, walkable to many attractions around, plenty restaurants, coffee shops... the hotel is located on the second floor. There is another hotel located on the first floor. Elevator was a plus. the rooms are very small, typical to Europe. However, The shower was extremely small. I am size 12 (US) and i had really hard time to got into shower without any accident. Shower is high from the floor, door opening is very small, no handles neither inside nor outside to help to get in and out. There is only shower head no handset. You have to options either turn the water on while the shower doors are open to adjust the temperature or get in first and take a chance to get burnt or cold shower while waiting for water temperature to settle. First option gets you in wet and slippery surface, that is pretty dangerous since there are no handles neither inside the shower nor outside. Hence, this hotel might work for young and slimmer guests. When we asked from desk if there are any rooms available with bigger showers, he sarcastically smiled and said in Italy we all in good shape. in our 2 months traveling in Italy we did not have shape issue at all. My partner could not take any shower for our entire stay. Lucky we reserved for 3 days only. We had to use public baths. The toilet was clogged too. We had to use wast basket to flush it.

It was ok to be in the room once we were worn out for the day. Beds were comfortable enough. We hated the bathroom. The toilet had no water pressure. I really wasn’t expecting much anyway. Just wanted a decent place to sleep and be near train station. The location of the hotel was great

El hotel no tiene ni dos estrellas , la habitación no tiene comodidades El baño horrible ( yo soy bajita de estatura y no cabía en la ducha ) El olor a cigarro entraba por el conducto del baño. El aire acondicionado fabuloso , y el área bien céntrico Pero el hotel es un hostal , Los trabajadores excelente pero el hotel fatal y olía a viejo , Yo no vuelvo allí.

I would never ever recommend this place to anyone , staff are nice , there is no problem with that even though they can’t speak English but hotel itself is absolutely dirty!!! Bed bug killed us!!! Linen was horrible, still I’m(we are all) itchy!!! Crazy!!!! No heater !! We literally got cold because heater didn’t work!!! Over the night is getting cold and sounds like freezer!!!! So the following day I asked for blanket and staff brought it right away but my quality was minus,No hot water , couldn’t take shower for 4 days! We were able to just wipe our body with cold washcloth!!! Sink in the kitchen was a huge dancer!!! Shower itself was super old and full mold! Elevator was full of dirt and mold !! I was gaging anytime I was seeing that! And it’s obviously very modi, because they are not double glasses!!! I really don’t know why people rate this hotel as a good place?! Seriously,,, please take consider on my advice if you don’t want waste your money! Ok and if you don’t believe me then do and try it, Good luck!!!!!!!!!

Fui com a minha mãe e tivemos uma ótima estadia. Ficamos por 5 noites e gostamos muito de tudo. Hotel simples, que entrega o que precisa. Localização boa, a 10/20 minutos de praticamente todos os pontos turísticos da cidade. Quarto bem amplo e confortável. Havia tudo o que precisávamos. Além disso, um casal de primos meus também se hospedou no mesmo hotel e o recepcionista colocou eles no quarto ao lado. Muito gentil. Voltaria com certeza.

Too outdated. Bed not comfortable, room is dark, did not provide hand soap, body wash and shampoo, room and bathroom very outdated. Front desk does not have city maps.
