The staff was friendly and helpful- specially Mauricio. The hotel is located very conveniently near two metros -one of the stops takes you directly to Leonardo da Vinci airport. You can also walk to a lot of the main attractions. Even thought the hotel is located in the city center is was quiet enough to sleep well at night.

You get what you paid for, the price is lower in the area, and we didn't expect much, we get what we expected. There was a dumpster outside downstairs so we requested a new room and staff were friendly and helpful. Just don't raise your expectations too high and enjoy your stay. The location is really good, which is why we select this hotel, and it really help us get around easily and back quickly by public transportation.

Localização perfeita próxima das estações República e Termini. Quarto limpo e confortável com aquecedor e ar condicionado. Dependendo da época do ano eles liberam um ou outro. Funcionários gentis. Possui elevador. Eu me hospedaria novamente com minha família.

The staff was very friendly and hospitable. However the room was tiny and the bathroom was even smaller. The toilet wont flush and to take a shower you needed to climb into a cage like contraption.
