Massive mold invasion. The bathroom was gross. Do not stay here. I travel biweekly and have never stayed in such a horrible place.

There’s an outdoor bar right in front of the hotel with young locals and it can be quite noisy at night, even with the windows closed. However, I thought I would have problems with the noise but I didn’t really have issues falling asleep because we were walking 25k steps a day and I was spent by the end of the day. The complimentary breakfast was decent - there’s eggs, salad, cured meats, pastries, fruits, bread, juices and good coffee. We thought they have a rooftoop bar but maybe they only open in the summer. We stayed there in the last week of November and weather was quite chilly and rainy. We got the Panoramic Suite and it has a glass-encased bathtub/shower area right in the bedroom, so no privacy at all when you take a shower. The suite was clean and decent-sized for two people, bed and pillows were comfortable, airconditioning was fine, staff were friendly. Their chef Roman was very friendly and accommodating. Close to everything, 10 mins away from the Colosseum. We were walking early in the morning and late at night and I felt safe around the area.

The stay was great. My wife and I did not have any issues. We stayed for ten days. My favorite part of my stay was Roman the chef in the morning. The room was always clean when we came back from our journeys. The front desk staff were helpful in recommending where to eat and getting us a taxi. For me it was the perfect location. I would definitely stay at this place again. One issue I had is the tv was in a different language and the front desk could not help in switching it. So I had to figure it out myself. Not a huge deal but it took time to set.

I booked an annex room thinking it was next to but it was located three blocks away from their main building and for breakfast we needed to walk then we have another room in the main building that it was hard to sleep because of the noise outside, there is bar

I am extremely upset and disappointed with my stay at this hotel/apartment. From the moment we checked in, the experience was completely unacceptable. We were never informed that the apartment was several blocks away from the check-in location. I was traveling with elderly parents, and instead of offering any assistance, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive, leaving us to walk with our luggage. When we finally arrived, the apartment was filthy. At 3 PM, a cleaner was still inside swapping out sheets and trying to clean the bathroom, which was in a disgusting state—like something out of a college dorm. This was not the standard of cleanliness or professionalism anyone should expect, especially after check-in time. There were no basic amenities—no coffee maker, no essentials—and the Wi-Fi they advertised simply didn’t work. I raised a complaint about the dirty sheets (which I have photo evidence of), and no one ever came back to fix the issue. This entire experience was embarrassing and uncomfortable, especially when sharing it with others we were traveling with in Rome. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was a complete mess from start to finish.

I was very disappointed. I thought it listed breakfast included but wasn't. I was told 15 euro each in a message. Then when I went there the woman at the desk told me 25. I said I was told 15. Didn't matter since we looked at what they offered and was not impressed so did not have. We also specifically chose a room for 3. 1 queen and 1 twin. They put us in an apartment 5 min walk away and we had to walk to get more towels plus charged me 210 euros more for 2 extra people. Looked totally different than what I chose on the site. The website says restaurant, cafe/deli. They have none of that. The whole reason we chose this was for the free breakfast, cost, and the look of the room. All we did not receive. On a positive note is was in a great location.

The property it not what it looks like it the photos. The "reception" or "check-in" area and the actual room where we stayed were nowhere near each other. Upon check-in, we learned that our room was a few blocks down from the address we were given. I think I would've been a little less disappointed if I knew this in advance. We also had a long travel day, 4 suitcases, and it was raining - so all this added to the frustration. Also, this NOT a "HOTEL" as the title says. It is an APARTMENT. When we checked in, the rep kept saying, "your apartment, your apartment" so I was a bit confused. The unit itself was decent. Not the cleanest, but it was ok. There were mosquitoes biting us all night though. The location isn't great either. Overall, very dissatisfied. The gentleman who helped us was very kind, but the property itself and the description is not as described.

We were actually put into an apartment about 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. The location was excellent and it was a very nice apartment. However the shower was very dirty, with visable mould. Although we did not use the stove top it was also not very clean. The hotel had a 4 star rating. For the reasons stated the apartment was definitely not 4 Star but we still enjoyed our visit.

I can only say about the apartment. The apartment was interrible shape. We found dirt and mold everywhere, even in the toilet paper. The staff, while friendly, wasn't able to help us in any way with the apartment. They sent someone to "clean" the apartment after we asked for a relocation, and made it worse, they left stains on the washroom and a moldy toiler paper. This really isn't what you would expect from a 4 star hotel and with the price we payed. The only redeeming thing is the location. Not even the AC had mold and dirt and hard to adjust, no remote or anything to regulate the temperature in degrees, polar vortex or almost off, choose one or the other. Would not recommend, even after engaging Expidia about our terrible experience, hotel management isn't acknowledging (they are gohsting us!) our complaints made after our first night and onwards.

The check in was at 4 pm instead of 3. The staff were unsure about the situation. The building where we should stay is somewhere else.

This is an apartment run by the hotel. The room is in the best possible location, and was comfortable. Only issues were the apartment was not appropriately equipped. There were only 2 glasses, not enough towels, and the safe was broken. The internet was also spotty. Overall fine.

What a fantastic find. Wonderfully situated. Walkable to so much to see of Rome. Convenient to the train as well. Only thing to let people know is that it is in the ZTL area in case they rent a car!

Web site said the check out time was 12 noon, hotel kicked us out at 10 AM. This is not cool.
