La chambre était vaste nous avions des suites junior surface 30 m2 mais notre baignoire balnéothérapie était en panne , la Clim ne fonctionnait pas très bien ainsi que certaines lumières et surtout il faut savoir que l’hôtel est situé sur une place qui se 17:00 à 2:30 du matin est envahie de monde tous les jours car les italiens s’y retrouvent prennent un verre et se racontent leurs vies … c'est une ambiance extraordinaire mais l’isolation étant celle d’un vieux bâtiment difficile de dormir avant 3 h du matin … Le petit déjeuner est très moyen , simple mais nous avons été déçu car le rooftopp était fermé . Ceci étant mention spéciale au personnel extrêmement serviable et très à l’écoute tant à l’accueil qu’au niveau du petit déjeuner ! Merci à eux

Our first impression upon entering the hotel was unfortunately very unpleasant, as there was a strong smell of urine in the lobby. We were then escorted up to our room, and immediately noticed that the stairs between the first and second floors were uneven in height, which made carrying luggage quite difficult and uncomfortable. The room itself also had a noticeable urine smell. We left the window open while we were out exploring, which helped make it somewhat more tolerable, but it was still not ideal. Noise was another major issue. Even as late as 1AM, it was very loud. The first night, we were unable to sleep due to people outside. Once that settled down, we were woken up by staff cleaning and putting away patio furniture, followed by early morning garbage truck noise. The only positive aspect is the location — it’s conveniently close to the main train station, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the Colosseum. The Vatican is about a 45–60 minute walk away. Overall, due to the cleanliness and noise issues, we would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

WONDERFUL Staff! Our room was very clean.

The staff were so friendly. Hotel is the in Monti area. Vibrant and amazing place. Roman the chef sees to all your needs. 3 minute walk to the Metro! 10 minute walk to the Collisuem. Will definitely stay here again when back in Rome. Comfortable room, very clean and the shower was super. Good soundproofing on the windows and slept well after exploring ‘capitale del mondo’

Entire staff was wonderful, especially the chef, Roman. Room was very nice, but the noice level could get a bit loud from the bar next to the hotel. Otherwise, great location and walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and bars.

La lavadora del departamento me rompió la mitad de la ropa que puse a lavar. Si no fuese por eso todo muy bien.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Man erreicht alles zu Fuß (Kolosseum 10min - Metro 2min - Pantheon 20min). Die Zimmer sind für das Geld total in Ordnung. Wir waren im Januar dort und vor der Tür war Abends immer noch Betrieb durch die umgebenden Bars/Kneipen. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hat man allerdings nichts davon gehört, was sehr gut ist. Frühstück war total okay. Hatte schon bessere, hatte aber auch schlechtere Frühstücksangebote in Hotels.

el desayuno no era muy variado el desayuno pero era de buena calidad y el servicio de Roman exelente. el departamento requeria un poco mas de atencion pues tenia varias fallas pero muy comodo

Massive mold invasion. The bathroom was gross. Do not stay here. I travel biweekly and have never stayed in such a horrible place.

Estaba bien pero el ruido es tremendo. La habitación más que de diseño parecía medio motel y eso me dio la sensación de poca limpieza. La alfombra estaba sucia, no olían muy bien las sábanas y estaba sucio el piso del baño.

There’s an outdoor bar right in front of the hotel with young locals and it can be quite noisy at night, even with the windows closed. However, I thought I would have problems with the noise but I didn’t really have issues falling asleep because we were walking 25k steps a day and I was spent by the end of the day. The complimentary breakfast was decent - there’s eggs, salad, cured meats, pastries, fruits, bread, juices and good coffee. We thought they have a rooftoop bar but maybe they only open in the summer. We stayed there in the last week of November and weather was quite chilly and rainy. We got the Panoramic Suite and it has a glass-encased bathtub/shower area right in the bedroom, so no privacy at all when you take a shower. The suite was clean and decent-sized for two people, bed and pillows were comfortable, airconditioning was fine, staff were friendly. Their chef Roman was very friendly and accommodating. Close to everything, 10 mins away from the Colosseum. We were walking early in the morning and late at night and I felt safe around the area.

The stay was great. My wife and I did not have any issues. We stayed for ten days. My favorite part of my stay was Roman the chef in the morning. The room was always clean when we came back from our journeys. The front desk staff were helpful in recommending where to eat and getting us a taxi. For me it was the perfect location. I would definitely stay at this place again. One issue I had is the tv was in a different language and the front desk could not help in switching it. So I had to figure it out myself. Not a huge deal but it took time to set.
