Massive mold invasion. The bathroom was gross. Do not stay here. I travel biweekly and have never stayed in such a horrible place.

Estaba bien pero el ruido es tremendo. La habitación más que de diseño parecía medio motel y eso me dio la sensación de poca limpieza. La alfombra estaba sucia, no olían muy bien las sábanas y estaba sucio el piso del baño.

There’s an outdoor bar right in front of the hotel with young locals and it can be quite noisy at night, even with the windows closed. However, I thought I would have problems with the noise but I didn’t really have issues falling asleep because we were walking 25k steps a day and I was spent by the end of the day. The complimentary breakfast was decent - there’s eggs, salad, cured meats, pastries, fruits, bread, juices and good coffee. We thought they have a rooftoop bar but maybe they only open in the summer. We stayed there in the last week of November and weather was quite chilly and rainy. We got the Panoramic Suite and it has a glass-encased bathtub/shower area right in the bedroom, so no privacy at all when you take a shower. The suite was clean and decent-sized for two people, bed and pillows were comfortable, airconditioning was fine, staff were friendly. Their chef Roman was very friendly and accommodating. Close to everything, 10 mins away from the Colosseum. We were walking early in the morning and late at night and I felt safe around the area.

The stay was great. My wife and I did not have any issues. We stayed for ten days. My favorite part of my stay was Roman the chef in the morning. The room was always clean when we came back from our journeys. The front desk staff were helpful in recommending where to eat and getting us a taxi. For me it was the perfect location. I would definitely stay at this place again. One issue I had is the tv was in a different language and the front desk could not help in switching it. So I had to figure it out myself. Not a huge deal but it took time to set.

La camera non presenta insonorizzazione. Fino alle 2 ho dovuto subirmi gli schiamazzi degli astanti del bar difronte alla finestra. Tralatro la camera era a livello strada, quindi, avevo qualche metro di strada a separarmi dalla discoteca di fronte. Ad aggiungersi allo schiamazzo esterno si e’ aggiunto anche la ventola del bagno che sembrava un B52. Dopo una mezz’oretta di consultazione con la receptionist che non riusciva a mettersi in contatto con il manutentore, ho risolto il problema togliendo l’alimentazione elettrica a tutta la camera. Per concludere la nottata infernale, mi sono una “ristorante” doccia che dopo 5 secondi di acqua calda erogava cubetti di ghiaccio. C’e’ mancato poco che aggiungessi al tutto un infarto. Sicuramente quest’albergo non mi avra’ mai piu’ come cliente.

Chambre parfaite et propre. Le personnel hyper gentil ! Mais le bar juste en dessous et pas de double vitrage laissait penser que tu etions dans le bar. Il faudrait mettre un double vitrage. Sinon le reste était parfait.

Very clean and the staff was very helpful

部屋が広かったので快適でした。朝食が美味しかったです。スタッフの方も親切でした。 外の騒音が若干気になりました。

Ein nettes, schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Leider ist vor dem Hotel ein beliebter Treffpunkt, der bis weit nach Mitternacht ziemlich laut ist. Vermutlich hauptsächlich am Wochenende. Fenster sind nicht sehr Lärmisoliert... aber mit Oropax kann man dann auch gut schlafen. Empfehlung: mitbringen!

Door lock is a challenge

Super hotel bien placé. Vous pourrez tout faire a pied. Le petit déjeuné est top et les employés sont vraiment sympas et font l'effort de parler français. Les prix sont corrects.

El turno vespertino de la Señorita que atiende debe ser más amable y atenta. Todo el tiempo está con su celular.

Nice rooms in a great location near to most of the main attractions.

Great central location in Monti!

I booked an annex room thinking it was next to but it was located three blocks away from their main building and for breakfast we needed to walk then we have another room in the main building that it was hard to sleep because of the noise outside, there is bar

I am extremely upset and disappointed with my stay at this hotel/apartment. From the moment we checked in, the experience was completely unacceptable. We were never informed that the apartment was several blocks away from the check-in location. I was traveling with elderly parents, and instead of offering any assistance, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive, leaving us to walk with our luggage. When we finally arrived, the apartment was filthy. At 3 PM, a cleaner was still inside swapping out sheets and trying to clean the bathroom, which was in a disgusting state—like something out of a college dorm. This was not the standard of cleanliness or professionalism anyone should expect, especially after check-in time. There were no basic amenities—no coffee maker, no essentials—and the Wi-Fi they advertised simply didn’t work. I raised a complaint about the dirty sheets (which I have photo evidence of), and no one ever came back to fix the issue. This entire experience was embarrassing and uncomfortable, especially when sharing it with others we were traveling with in Rome. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was a complete mess from start to finish.
