Excellent breakfast. Very clean with every necessary amenity and convenience. Our stay exceeded expectations. The location is perfect - an easy walk to all the places we wanted to visit and lots of great restaurants close by. Perhaps the outstanding feature of our stay was the staff. They were incredible! So helpful and welcoming. Truly special. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!!

Staff was nice, and quite helpful. They helped us arrange a very early ride to the airport, and kindly held our bags for us because we arrived too early to fully check in. That was much appreciated because then we could enjoy our time exploring Venice. Then they surprised us with a room upgrade when we returned! Room was clean, with a relaxing rain-head shower, and really comfortable bed. Location was perfect, easy access to the airport via a hired car, and across from a vaporetto stop. It is not a far walk from all the sites (20 to 25 minute walk to St Mark's square), but in a quiet location. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, near to the Acadamia Bridge and Grand Canal. Staff were superb, friendly and welcoming. Buffet breakfast had everything you’d need to fuel a busy day walking the many alleyways of Venice.

Hotel was wonderful and the location was perfect, away from the big crowds and right on the canal perfect to view the sunset. The staff was amazing - extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. We checked into the hotel on Friday for a 3 night stay. The first room was'nt quite as expected compared to the photos, therefore we mentioned it to reception since it was for a 40th birthday weekend and a lovely receptionist called Ramona showed us to another room which was amazing, she was very understanding and friendly with this request. The breakfast was OK. However everything else was superb. The hotel is in an excellent spot right next to the canal, but not overally busy. Also the bar was great and the bartenders were good fun and very friendly. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and I thought the staff were exceptional
