宿泊前からゴンドラの予約やレストランの紹介など、いろいろ対応してくれました。 朝ごはんもたくさんの種類があり、美味しかったです。

朝御飯はとてもおいしかった。部屋のロケーションは最悪で窓からは建物の屋根しか見えず、物置部屋のようだった。ホテルは船の乗り場に近く便利だ。

スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。 施設も新しくて問題なし。

素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。朝食も美味しかったです。また来ます。

We checked into the hotel on Friday for a 3 night stay. The first room was'nt quite as expected compared to the photos, therefore we mentioned it to reception since it was for a 40th birthday weekend and a lovely receptionist called Ramona showed us to another room which was amazing, she was very understanding and friendly with this request. The breakfast was OK. However everything else was superb. The hotel is in an excellent spot right next to the canal, but not overally busy. Also the bar was great and the bartenders were good fun and very friendly. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and I thought the staff were exceptional

This property was a warm and beautiful extension of the trip and area.

The hotel is in a really convenient location (a very short walk from the Water bus stop). The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel has a bit of luxury about it. The staff were welcoming from the first minute and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast waiters even remembered we were the ones for no coffee!! We had a slight issue with the room. A squealing noise was coming from an area by the heater. We raised it with reception (at gone 10pm) and they came straight up to investigate. It wasn't something that they could fix without maintenance so immediately went to see if they could find another room. Found us another room for the rest of the stay which was a slightly upgraded room too. Their recommendations for restaurants were very good as well.

Beautiful hotel right on the water. Walking distance to all the sights. Comfortable rooms with everything you need. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The hotel was outstanding as was the service. Omar made us feel very welcome from the moment we stepped in until we left. Hotel is very stylish, we had a family duplex which was lovely and spacious. Our daughter enjoyed having a floor to herself with separate bathroom. Hotel offered us a complimentary tour to Murano with pickup just outside. Bed super comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and staff very attentive. Would definitely stay again.

Great room, great location, a great bar with wide variety of Negroni's (if that's your thing!). Staff was friendly and easy to work with. Definitely recommend.

An amazing hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and we were given a free upgrade when we arrived! Location is great, a quieter area of Venice but easy to get to anywhere. Would highly recommend.

The breakfast was delicious, a varied choice and constantly topped up, so everything was fresh. It was our seventh time in Venice and definitely the best horse so far

Fuktskade i tak (superior rom) og veldig lytt ut i gang og til naborom, klakket og slo i vår dør når andre dører ble lukket i gangen, det var ganske irriterende. Eller hyggelig opphold med god frokost og service!
