Near by several docks so it is easy for water bus transportation. Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast is very good. Beds are comfortable. Room is not big and enough to stay. We would like to come back again.

Stayed one night for vacation. Room was very clean. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Got a bottle of sparkling wine as welcom gift. Easy walking around.

From start to finish this hotel experience was fabulous! The staff. The room and the amenities were excellent. It is located a short walk from busy streets right on the canal. We would stay here again.

Fantastiskt läge längst med kajen i trevliga stadsdelen Zattere. Personalen fantastisk, rummet toppen, frukosten toppen och baren supertrevlig! En riktig höjdare om man vill njuta av Venedig avkopplat och bekvämt.

Nice hotel to stay in Venice. Convenient if you travel by boat from the Marco Polo airport, because you don’t have to walk much to the hotel from the drop-off point.

Hotel was wonderful and the location was perfect, away from the big crowds and right on the canal perfect to view the sunset. The staff was amazing - extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was fantastic - had the duplex which was wonderfully done. Overall top rating, would definitely stay here again.

We checked into the hotel on Friday for a 3 night stay. The first room was'nt quite as expected compared to the photos, therefore we mentioned it to reception since it was for a 40th birthday weekend and a lovely receptionist called Ramona showed us to another room which was amazing, she was very understanding and friendly with this request. The breakfast was OK. However everything else was superb. The hotel is in an excellent spot right next to the canal, but not overally busy. Also the bar was great and the bartenders were good fun and very friendly. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and I thought the staff were exceptional

This property was a warm and beautiful extension of the trip and area.

The hotel is in a really convenient location (a very short walk from the Water bus stop). The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel has a bit of luxury about it. The staff were welcoming from the first minute and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast waiters even remembered we were the ones for no coffee!! We had a slight issue with the room. A squealing noise was coming from an area by the heater. We raised it with reception (at gone 10pm) and they came straight up to investigate. It wasn't something that they could fix without maintenance so immediately went to see if they could find another room. Found us another room for the rest of the stay which was a slightly upgraded room too. Their recommendations for restaurants were very good as well.

Beautiful hotel right on the water. Walking distance to all the sights. Comfortable rooms with everything you need. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.
