Only one thing I would say that I woudlve liked to be told when I was checking in, if you lose one of the room keys it’s about 18$ or so for lost key. I would recommend they tell their guests before hand about this when checking in. Thankfully I found it but yeah otherwise it was very comfy place to come back to at the end of the day. Fantastic location!!!

We slept in the three person room with a queen bed on the bottom and twin bed on the top. Very small (typical for Tokyo so not all that surprising), but just keep in mind that the images do make it look bigger than it actually is. We did have two windows but got zero natural light because they both faced two buildings which is what I disliked the most about the room we stayed in. That said, the area of the hotel is very convenient, the room was clean when we arrived, and although the room is slightly outdated, it was perfectly fine since we did not spend that much time inside the room itself. I think if we wanted to come back to relax in the room, that would've been hard. Overall, fine place to stay in Tokyo if you're on a budget and have a odd number of people in a group.

Stayed at Centurion Hotel Residential Akasaka with my family and we loved the experience. The room was clean and very spacious. We were there for ten days, so it was very helpful having a washer/dryer to clean our clothes in the room. The staff was so welcoming and friendly our entire stay there. They were very helpful whenever we asked questions or for assistance such as calling a cab. It was a benefit that the staff could communicate with me in English. The hotel in our opinion is in a great location. There was so much options for food as there are tons of restaurants in the area. If you are looking for quick shopping options there is a Don Quiote, a Bic Camera, and Biz Tower nearby. Also there are stations if you are planning to venture out by trains. All of this are in walking distance from the hotel within minutes. Keep this gem of a hotel in mind if you are planning to stay in Akasaka.
