Room is too small, I have booked a standard double room for 3 persons, the room is super small and really bad if you don't check the size, just be careful, it's really not worth if you have other choices.

Kind staff, excellent location, comfortable beds, plus a balcony! The temp and water pressure of the shower was perfect as well.

I loved staying this hotel and in the Akasaka area. Will return to this hotel when I come back to Tokyo. You are a short distance away from multiple train lines.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was spacious for my family of 5…all adults/college students. There was some street noise, but the location made it worth it. I would absolutely stay there again.

Honestly smaller than it looks also the locks are sticky and don’t function well. Balcony not worth the price they charge

Business trip. Stayed for location, friendly yet not too formal staff, and a washer / dryer in the room.

Good was typically compact, queen with single above. Not new but not old either. They are a few buildings in the same block so you may be staying in anyone. Staff very nice english was no problem.

Clean room and friendly staff

I love the area. Rooms were just good for 2 people. I love the shower. Amenities are average. Bed was comfortable, so was the sheets and pillows.

The room was spotless with no bugs or any noticeable stains or dirty areas. The floor was not carpeted, so it was easy to see that it was very clean. The room was a bit cramped with the queen bed plus pull out in use. I am not sure but I felt that this was probably typical. There was very little walking room and only 1 chair in the room (and a desk, 1 nightstand, and 2 small side tables). The kitchen included a hot water kettle, a mini fridge, a sink and the washer. The washer might be typical in Japan, but for an American, it seemed to work very slowly, and the dryer function left all clothes damp. It would have been nice to have a clothesline available to hang the damp clothes on. We laid the damp clothes out (mostly socks and underwear, so small items) for a day and they could be considered dry. The shower had excellent temperature and pressure settings. Housekeeping was also excellent. Additionally, the lobby provides small items like tea bags, toothbrushes, and other similar items. The location was convenient to several subway lines, a grocery store, stores, restaurants, and convenience stores. The neighborhood was quiet until after work hours with advertisements for casinos (slot machines), girls (not sure exactly what was being advertised), and a lot of restaurants. However, even though it seemed like more of a nightlife kind of neighborhood, it was not loud in the room nor unsafe when walking around.

昨日3時にチェックインしましたが、窓の外がうるさすぎて寝れなかったです。 5時もうるさく7時と2回起きたので昨日の宿泊料金について一度考えてもらえたらと思います。

Personnel très aimable et accueillant qui nous a donné toutes informations utiles. Chambre très propre et régulièrement nettoyée. Hôtel parfaitement situé.

I was happy with our stay. Staff were nice and helpful - loaned me a knife when I bought some fruit for example. Room was very clean. Location was great. Our room had a balcony which was lovely given how small spaces are in Japan. The only problem was my son’s upper bunk bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable. I tried it. He was right. We didn’t tell the staff as he only told me late in our stay so they didn’t have a chance to fix the problem for us. Still I would return.

Room was small for three people. Did not use the balcony nor the washer/dryer; much prefer this space to be living space. The safe is very small and is just sitting free on the floor - anyone can lift the whole thing and carry it out. The elevator has no restricted access and anyone can go from the back and up the elevator without passing the front desk. It is in the bar district although I don’t feel unsafe there. The washroom is larger size. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I was told they allocate one luggage stand per room (even though we booked for three); later staff found us two more luggage stands. They gave one bottled water per person and I found out the day we leave that the water refill station is in one of the floor. There is a hotplate/stove top and you can ask for a pan or pot; if you want full kitchen utensils there is a fee. Located close to two subway stations
