Not the first time I've stayed at Hotel Nikko Narita. I keep coming back because there's no reason to go an unfamiliar hotel. The shuttle to and from the airport is great. The 24 hour Lawson's is clutch. Staff is awesome and I mean everyone you meet from the hotel is awesome; from the shuttle bus driver to the cleaning staff. If you have an early flight out of Narita, I highly recommend Hotel Nikko Narita.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, but always clean, great services, and availability of inside shopping and dining are great. The room is somewhat old style, but still clean and spacious room which I love. Highly recommended.

We stayed during a long layover at Narita. Hotel was easy to access (the hotel provides a free shuttle bus - it’s just a 5-10 minute ride). Room was small and a little old but clean and comfortable (note there is little space in the room for large luggages). Hotel has several restaurants plus a 24-hour Lawsons. It also provides free shuttle service to Narita station area and Aeon Mall.

Room is the dirtiest one we have ever experienced in Japan. We stayed at Hotel Nikko Osaka/kansai and it was great. Room is old and smelly. We arrived about 7pm and staffs told us no restaurant available for our family so we have to take the shuttle bus back to Narita to find something to eat.

We did not have breakfast, our room was leaking water from the sink and made a big puddle of water on the floor, we use a hand towel to soak the water up. It is winter but I wish we could have access to our own a/c. Even with the heater of in the room it was really warm, and we had a hard time sleeping.

It is a great hotel to stay if landing at Narita airport. There are free hotel shuttles from terminal 1 and terminal 2. Schedules can be found on the hotel’s website. Also, bus transportation to Narita Station and AEON mall. You can easily get to Tokyo (Shibuya or Shinjuku) by taking the Narita Express or the Skyliner to Ueno station. We would definitely stay there again!
